In the rebuilding process after Hurricane Katrina, reroofing and renovations to the kitchen, dietitian’s office, dining room, board room, and restrooms were required at the administration office serving the entire St. Bernard Parish School System. Renovations to the existing computer command center and installation of new UPS racks and cooling towers were completed to upgrade system-wide communication. A new emergency power generator and generator rack was constructed to service the command center and other vital areas of the building. Electrical and mechanical equipment upgrades to support emergency power, HVAC, and special systems to areas of the second floor were also completed.
