The campus will also include a range of facilities that support the arts, athletics, and student life. A gymnasium designed for both physical education and competitive athletics, a band room for music education, and a cafeteria featuring a full-service kitchen and stage will provide opportunities for performance, assemblies, and community gatherings.

Investing in the Next Generation of Education
The campus grounds will feature a variety of outdoor environments that support both recreation and learning. Controlled-access courtyards designed specifically for the students will offer secure outdoor environments that encourage exploration and activity within a protected setting. The project is currently planned with an estimated construction budget of $47.7 million, representing a significant investment in the future of education for the community.
When completed, the Bonella A. St. Ville School will serve as a state-of-the-art educational environment that reflects the evolving needs of modern students and educators. By combining flexible learning spaces, integrated technology, thoughtful campus planning, and engaging outdoor environments, the new school will support innovation, collaboration, and academic excellence for generations of students to come.
