The Quarter House is located in the heart of the New Orleans French Quarter. Following a devastating fire, our team was called upon to provide emergency assistance in stabilization of the damaged buildings and subsequently the design and placement of the permanent repairs. The restoration of the 1830's building required close coordination with the Historic Landmarks Commission, and the Owner,  to realize the desired replication of the hotels historic elements while incorporating improvements to the fire protection systems and energy saving building systems. The Quarter House was able to be fully restored to its former elegance and placed back into service just before Mardi Gras, just more than a year after the fire.
