Career Training Center

The Kane Technology Center was declared a replacement building after prolonged negotiations with FEMA. It was constructed adjoined to the Shops Building, which was repaired under a separate contract. As such, the project required careful coordination due to overlapped and shared systems between the two buildings. Housed within the Technology Center is the culinary arts program including a culinary lab and full commercial kitchen, as well as adult education, computer technologies, a health clinic and supporting administration offices.
